There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 208-BFQFP Exposed Pad package and X package. The LOADABLE PLD-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. A total of 147 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. A fundamental building block consists of 1728 logic elements/cells. An electrical supply voltage of 5V powers it.
