EPF10K250EBC600-1 Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 600-BGA package and X package. Fpga chips consists of LOADABLE PLD elements. Having 470 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. A maximum operating temperature of 70°C °C should be observed when running the equipment.
