EPC1LI20N Overview
There is a neat 20-LCC (J-Lead) package that is used in this program.Packaging for the external use of Tray.Qualified to operate within -40°C~85°C.Through OTP, it is programmable.FPGA is fed wFPGAh a voltage of 3V~3.6V 4.5V~5.5V.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount position for this device.1Mb is the maximum storage size.To find other similar parts, search for "EPC1".FPGA reuqires a supply voltage of 3.3V.Various functions can be applied to 20 terminations.Using this memory device with a maximum voltage of 3.6V is possible. An operating voltage of 3V is required in order to supply the device. An example of a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip can be seen in the picture below. If reflow soldering is being performed, the temperature should not be higher than 245 when soldering should be reflowed.A SERIAL-processing method is used to transfer data through this memory.Memory chips can operate at a voltage no higher than 0.05mA.I think it's important to point out that this is a memory IC that has a 10MHz frequency that can be operated at.A COMMON configuration is used for the memory's I/O.3.3/5V power supplies are recommended. Our product line now includes IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 5V SUPPLY in order to provide a better level of service to our customers. This device is part of the EPC series.
