EE80960SB16512 Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in PLCC. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Bulk. 16MHz is the frequency of the CPU. 84 pin functions are described in the datasheets. Temperatures above 85°C should not allow the embedded microprocessor to operate. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. Micro processors can be used from 5V. 5V is the voltage on the CPU core. A voltage higher than 5.5V shouldn't be used in a normal situation. It is recommended that the lowest voltage be fed to the micro processor is 4.5V.
