AS7620B-BQFT-500 Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 12-VQFN Exposed Pad package to save space. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. Regulator 3.6V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3.6V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 3.3V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 500mA output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 32V.
