Cut Tape (CT) is acceptable for shipping the power management.It is packaged the power management in 16-UFBGA, WLCSP for ease of transportation.The Surface Mount mounting method allows for easy adaptation.It is intended to be used at Handheld/Mobile Devices as well as for other applications.Ensure that the operating temperature of the power management ic is set to -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunctions.The power management runs on 2.5V~5.5V voltage.There is a Surface Mount for mounting on a PCB or other board.
