Shipments can be made in the direction of Tape & Reel (TR) .For ease of transportation, it is packaged the power management in 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad .The Surface Mount mounting method is universal for easy adaptation.The power management is intended for use at Handheld/Mobile Devices as well as other applications.It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -40°C~85°C TA in order to prevent malfunction.The power management operates at a voltage of 2.7V~5.5V volts.It has a Surface Mount for mouting on PCB or other boards.It is recommended that the supply current of the power ic be conducted at 500μA volts.It is not recommended to operate at a temperature higher than 85°C .A temperature lower than -40°C is unsuitable for the ic power supply.
