AS3709-BQFM-00 Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is acceptable as a shipping the power management method.In order to facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad .For ease of adaptability, Surface Mount is an universal mounting method.The power management is targeted at Handheld/Mobile Devices, Solid State Drives (SSD) and other applications.Ideally, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set at -40°C~85°C TA in order to prevent malfunction.The power management operates at a voltage of 2.7V~5.5V volts.There is a Surface Mount for mounting on a PCB or other board.It is recommended that the power ic's supply current be conducted at 110μA .Overall, it supports 7 outputs.
