Ready for shipping the power management in Cut Tape (CT) package.It is packaged the power management in 20-UFBGA, WLCSP for ease of transportation.Surface Mount is a universal mounting method for easy adaptation.It is intended to be used at Handheld/Mobile Devices as well as for other applications.A temperature setting of -40°C~85°C is recommended to avoid malfunctions.The power management runs on 2.7V~5.5V voltage.In order for the power ic to work correctly, its supply current must be conducted at 26μA .
