Shipments can be made in the direction of Tape & Reel (TR) .It is packaged the power management in 20-UFBGA, WLCSP for convenient transportation.For easy adaptation, Surface Mount is a universal mounting method.The power management is targeted at Handheld/Mobile Devices and other applications.It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction.For its operation, this power management requires 2.7V~5.5V voltage.There is a Surface Mount for mounting on a PCB or other board.The power management ic operates at a voltage of 26μA volts.It is recommended to conduct the power ic's supply current at 26μA volts.A temperature higher than 85°C should not be used.It cannot be operated at a temperature lower than -40°C .
