Ready for shipping the power management in Tape & Reel (TR) package.It is packaged the power management in 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad for convenient transportation.For ease of adaptability, Surface Mount is an universal mounting method.It targets applications such as Handheld/Mobile Devices and others.The operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~85°C to avoid mal-function.For its operation, this power management requires 2.7V~5.5V voltage.In order to mount the integrated power supplies on PCBs or other boards, it has a Surface Mount .
