The way of Tape & Reel (TR) is acceptable for shipping the power management.It is packaged the power management in 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad for ease of transportation.The Surface Mount mounting method allows for easy adaptation.This power management targets at Handheld/Mobile Devices and other applications.Ideally, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~85°C to avoid any malfunctions.This power management uses 3V~5.5V voltage for work.Surface Mount can be mounted on PCBs or other boards.This power management ic operates from a voltage of 195μA .
