It is acceptable to ship using the method Tape & Reel (TR) .The package is conveniently packaged the power management in 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method that is easy to adapt.It is intended to be used at Handheld/Mobile Devices as well as for other applications.The operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~85°C to avoid mal-function.For its operation, this power management requires 3V~5.5V voltage.It has a Surface Mount for mouting on PCB or other boards.It operates at 195μA volts.
