AS3604-ZQFT Overview
It is acceptable to ship using the method Tape & Reel (TR) .It is packaged the power management in 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad for ease of transportation.Surface Mount is an universal mounting way for easy adapting.There are a number of applications targeted at Handheld/Mobile Devices .The operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~85°C to avoid mal-function.For its operation, this power management requires 3V~5.5V voltage.This connector has a Surface Mount for mounting it on a PCB or other type of board.It operates on a voltage of 195μA volts.
