AS3518-ECTP Overview
Space-saving reasons have led to it being packaged in a 64-TFBGA package. It is adopted to package in the Tape & Reel (TR) way. Due to the fact that this part is of the type Audio, it is capable of delivering high-efficiency performance in a wide range of applications. This device employs the mounting type Surface Mount. It features 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. 64-pin electronic devices are what it is. It is mounted to a PCB based on the Surface Mount technology. In order for the supply voltage to be maintained at 5.5V, it should be set to its maximum value. Supply voltage should be maintained at 1V.
