AS3514 Overview
For space-saving purposes, it is packaged in 64-TFBGA. As a packaging method, Tray is adopted. Due to the fact that this part is of the type Audio, it is capable of delivering high-efficiency performance in a wide range of applications. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. A performance setting of -20°C~85°C allows it to operate normally. The board is integrated with 1 / 1 ADCs and DACs. Supply voltage is 2.8V~3.6V for the analog circuit. 2.8V~3.6V is the supply voltage for the digital circuit. Using the Surface Mount technology, it is mounted to a PCB.
