AS1751S-T Overview
As the electronic part is packed in 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), international shipping is convenient. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. An extended operating temperature of -40°C~85°C TA degrees Celsius. Circuits based on SPST - NO switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. A 4 circuit is present in this switch device. This digital multiplexer has 900mOhm internal resistance. An operating current of 100nA would be sufficient for this switch device. A voltage of 1.6V~3.6V is required to drain this analog switch from a single voltage supply.
