AS1349-BTDT-3312 Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 12-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 2 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 2MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 1.2V 3.3V. Featuring a 1.2A output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 1.2V volts.
