In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Bulk is used. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. In total, there are 168 terminations. When the voltage supply is 5V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run. In terms of architecture, it is a 32-Bit system. It can supply a maximum current of 5.5V. Microprocessors is a typical embedded microprocessor. 32 is the width of the external data bus on this CPU. Embedded microprocessor bodies are injected with 168 pins. 32MHz is the microprocessor's clock frequency. According to its datasheet, this micro processor requires 5V power supplies. CPU voltage can't be higher than 750mA. It is recommended to set the operating environment above -40°C. Hardware interrupts have been handled with 9 external interrupt terminations. For the DMA (Direct Memory Access) process, 4 channels are used.
