A80960CA33 Overview
High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Bulk. CPUs operate at 33MHz Hz. For functions of 168 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Temperatures above 100°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. Many applications use this CPU with Through Hole mounted. 33MHz is expected to be the top frequency of the CPU. From 5V, the micro processor can be used. There is 5V voltage at the CPU core. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 5.25V. 4.75V should be the lowest voltage fed to the CPU microprocessor.
