A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its Module package.A package of Bulk has been used.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Through Hole.When the supply voltage is set to 3V~5.5V, it can demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, SiC MOSFET in this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~85°C.The input type is Non-Inverting.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 31 terminations.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 5V volts of power.
