TIP147 Overview
As dc = Ic/Ib, DC current gain is the ratio of base current to collector current, and DC current gain for this device is 1000 @ 5A 4V.Continuous collector voltages should be kept at 10A to achieve high efficiency.An emitter's base voltage can be kept at 5V to gain high efficiency.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 10A volts.
