CMJH100 TR PBFREE Overview
The package includes buck boost converter in version Tape & Reel (TR).In the same manner as SOD-123F, voltage regulator is packaged.Current regulator is mounted by Surface Mount.There should be a limcurrent regulator to the operating temperature of -65°C~150°C.The input voltage of 50V Max can be supported by this voltage regulator.Its maximum design flexibility is due to the output current of 10mA.There is a part called Current Regulator Diodes which contains all of these current regulations.
