Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the RF Switches optimize the performance of the RF Switches.Operating at -45°C~85°C is the recommended temperature for RF Switch's operation.There are 6 pins that are used for the operation of the high power RF switch.RF type is 802.15.1/Bluetooth, Cellular, PCS, WLAN, WLL from the RF switch ic.RF Switchs with 1.8V~3.6V voltage capabilities can be used.
