There is a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad case containing the product.Serializer/Deserializer is recommended to use the Surface Mount type of mounting.As a result of the device, the range of operating temperatures for -40°C~105°C TA can be varied.Input voltage for the chip is 1.1V~1.3V 1.7V~2V 2V~3V 3V~3.6V volts.There are CMOS form for the user to enter input.ICs with V-by-One?HS output types are recognized.Operating 6 inputs is required.On the device, 2 outputs are possible.Electrical components such as this are included in the THine? V-by-One? series.
