Serializer/Deserializer is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case.48-TQFP cases contain it.A mounting type of Surface Mount is recommended for this product.Device 0°C~70°C TA varies its operating temperature range.A 3V~3.6V volt supply output is provided by the chip.During the process of entering input, the user is provided with a CMOS/TTL form.Interface ics are recognized as having LVDS output type.To operate, there are 18 inputs.On the device, 2 outputs are possible.Mounting the device is possible with Surface Mount.An electrical component like this is included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100, THine? series.
