CMFA3970103FNT Overview
Thermistors from NTC come in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 0603 (1608 Metric) package includes it for convenience. For NTC thermistors to function, they must have a resistance tolerance of ±1%. Setting NTC thermistors to -40°C~125°C ensures reliable performance. Temperatures above 125°C allow NTC thermistors to operate reliably. At -40°C, NTC thermistors are reliable. The NTC thermistors set the maximum power at 100mW. In general, NTC thermistors have a maximum power dissipation of 100mW.
