CMFA3950104FNT Overview

Temperature -40°C~125°C should be set on NTC thermistors for reliable performance. With a maximum operating temperature of 125°C, NTC thermistors operate reliably. An NTC thermistor can operate reliably at temperatures as low as -40°C. NTC thermistors can set a maximum power of 100mW. Thermal NTC switches are capable of dissipating up to 100mW of power.
