HEDS-5500#A12 Overview
It is essential that the minimum operating temperature not be lower than -40°C so that the encoder will work properly. There is, however, a maximum operating temperature of 70°C for this electronic part. 5 pins are present on the encoders. To protect the encoders from damage, we put them in Metal packages. Indefinitely, an encoder can carry 5mA current. An encoder draws 17mA current during operation.
