HCNR201-500E Description
The High-linearity Analogue Optocoupler (HCNR201-500E) is made up of two closely matched photodiodes that are illuminated by a high-performance AlGaAs LED. The light output of the LED can be monitored and subsequently stabilized using the input photodiode. As a result, it is possible to almost completely eliminate the non-linearity and drift characteristics of the LED. The photocurrent generated by the output photodiode is linearly connected to the LED's light output. In a wide range of applications that need strong stability, linearity, and bandwidth, the optocoupler can be utilized to isolate analogue signals. The application circuit can function in a variety of modes thanks to proper design. Many analogue isolation issues can be solved with this.
