In the 5GHz~30GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF IC with the enhanced 8-QFN package.There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 8 terminations integrated.A 8-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.Below 125°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -55°C.
