A frequency of 1.88GHz~2.025GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.The enhanced 24-SMD Module, No Lead package makes it an excellent RF IC.The Tape & Reel (TR) package contains this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.There are 24 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 24-pin.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.
