The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 1.88GHz~2.025GHz.This RF IC features an enhanced 24-SMD Module, No Lead package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Bulk package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.Integrated into this RF module are 24 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 24-pin RF module.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
