AEDB-9140-A06 Overview
An encoder cannot operate at a temperature lower than -10°C in order for it to function properly. It should be noted, however, that the maximum operating temperature of this electronic part is 85°C. Encoders are packaged as Bulk. As a safety precaution, we put the encoders into Metal packages to allow them to be handled easily and to protect them from damage. Encoders can withstand a voltage of 5V without being damaged.
