MF-SMDF150 Product Details

MF-SMDF150 Overview

Keeping PTC thermistors in 2018 packages prevents them from being damaged. Packaged in the Cut Tape for safety, these PTC thermistors are designed to perform at high temperatures. Ensure that the PTC thermistors are set to -40°C as their minimum operating temperature. In order for this thermistor to work properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. PTC thermistors have terminations of 2. When operating, PTC thermistors could deliver a voltage of 15V. The DC circuit uses thermistors with a 15V voltage rating. A PTC thermistor should produce 1.1W heat. Ildeally, PTC thermistors should operate at no more than 40A current.
