On the basis of the frequency 0Hz~3GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced Flat Box, Terminator package .This RF modulator is mounted in the Tray package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Flange Mount-type PCB or development board.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 150°C.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -55°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
