CD1408-FU1800 Overview
The reverse voltage should be 800V.This device has an average rectified current of 1A volts.When the forward current reaches 1A, it is allowed.Surge current can reach maximum value 25A.Phase diode rectifier is possible to produce a maximum output current by setting the output current to 1A.Using the data chart, the peak reverse is 5μA in the datasheets.
