CD1408-FU1600 Overview
600V is a reasonable reverse voltage.This device has an average rectified current of 1A volts.Forward current is allowed to reach a value of zero.There can be no surge current above 30A.Phase diode rectifier is possible to produce a maximum output current by setting the output current to 1A.In the datasheets, the peak reverse is 5μA, as indicated by the data chart.
