LTC6078CDD#TR Overview
Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a DFN case. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. With regards to the offset voltage of the input, buffer amplifier is rated at 10μV. Using a supply current of 55μA , this buffer op amp will be able to operate. The buffer amp consists of 2 circuits in total. This op amp needs to be operated at a temperature of not less than 0°C degrees Celsius in order to function properly. You should not use op amp above 70°C degrees.
