LTC6652AHMS8-3#TRPBF Overview
MSOP is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have 0.05% tolerance.A voltage reference ic with 8 pins is settled.It can be used with 5mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 3V.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 3V is outputted.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 350μA.
