For greater flexibility, its SOIC N package is used.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 2A.For its basis, there are 1 outputs integrated.There is a maximum operating temperature of 125°C.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -40°C.The maximum voltage for operation is 11V.A supply voltage of 4.5V is the minimum value required to operate the device.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 5V.
