LTC2945CUD#PBF Overview
There is a QFN case in which the instrumentation amplifier is packaged. 12 pins are included on the operational amplifiers. It is possible to operate this buffer amplifier from a supply current of 800μA . In order for this buffer op amp to function, it should have a temperature of at least 0°C degrees Celsius. At temperatures greater than 70°C, Instrumentation amplifier should not be used.
