A Bulk package is used to package the power management. In this PMIC, you can find DFN functions for your reference. There are 12 pins on the power managment ic. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 2.9V for this PMIC. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts.
