LTC2620IGN Overview
It is supplied in the SSOP package. This FPGA model is contained in Bulk for space saving. It is designed with 16 pins. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could work fantastically according to its specifications. The maximal operating temperature of this module reaches 85°C. The operating temperature should be higher than -40°C. It supports the maximal supply voltage of 5.5V. It is able to work with the minimal supply voltage of 2.5V.
