Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a SSOP case. With regards to the offset voltage of the input, buffer amplifier is rated at 500nV. This op amp needs to be operated at a temperature of not less than -40°C degrees Celsius in order to function properly. You should not use op amp above 85°C degrees.
