Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a SOIC case. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. An 18-pin op amp ic is included in the package. With regards to the offset voltage of the input, buffer amplifier is rated at 500nV. This op amp needs to be operated at a temperature of not less than 0°C degrees Celsius in order to function properly. You should not use op amp above 70°C degrees.
