LT6660JCDC-2.5#TRMPBF Overview
Uses the handy DFN package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series signal.The external packaging contains Tape & Reel (TR).In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of 0.4% must be used.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.Part 3 has its pins 3 settled.It can be used by applications with 20mA inputs.There is Surface Mount suitable application for Surface Mount.In terms of voltage output, the lowest voltage is 2.5V.It should be operated at a temperature not exceeding 70°C.Temperatures as low as 0°C degrees Celsius are not an issue.A supply current of 175μA volts powers this voltage reference circuit.
