SOT-23-6 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.The voltage reference should have 0.05% tolerance.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.A voltage reference ic with 6 pins is settled.It can be used with 10mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 1.25V.1.25V voltage lower than 1.25V can be output by the voltage reference ic.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -55°C.Voltage 1.25V is outputted.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 350μA.Current supply is 600μA.
