LT3060MPTS8-1.2#PBF Description
LT3060MPTS8-1.2#PBF is a type of micropower, low dropout voltage (LDO) linear regulator developed by Analog Devices, Inc. With a single external capacitor, programmable low noise reference performance and output soft-start functionality are provided. It is able to provide fast transient response based on a minimum 2.2μF output capacitor. Stability and transient response can be optimized through low ESR, ceramic output capacitors. The LT3060MPTS8-1.2#PBF linear regulator is capable of delivering a suite of protection functions including reverse-battery protection, reverse-output protection, reverse-current protection, current limit with foldback and thermal shutdown.
