Op amp is packaged in SOIC case. Linear amplifier includes 16 pins. Regarding input offset voltage, buffer amplifier rates 1.5mV voltage. Operational amplifier can operate supply current at 4.6mA. The voltage gain should stay at 65dB. There are 3 circuits on op amps. Instrumentation amplifier has 3 channels on it. It should not lower than 0°C to operate buffer amplifier.
